Who we are
C2P (Code2Pulse) - the Visual Studio Code extension and the service at code2pulse.com - is provided by Kodffe ("we"). By installing the extension or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your license
C2P is proprietary software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension to access the C2P service, as a member of a team that uses C2P. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works of C2P, except where the law expressly allows it.
Accounts and teams
Team managers are responsible for the accounts, groups and developers they add, and for keeping their credentials and join codes safe. Developers link the extension to a team with their work email, and a join code when required.
AI providers and your API keys
C2P sends your requests directly from your editor to the AI provider you configure (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek), using your own API keys. Those providers' terms and charges apply to that use; we don't control their services, availability or output. Review AI-generated code and changes before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Don't use C2P to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its security or access controls.
Data
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty, limited liability
C2P is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Kodffe isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by AI output, third-party providers or the use of the software.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. You can stop using C2P at any time by uninstalling the extension and asking us to delete your account.
